1. How long does delivery take?
Delivery across South Africa takes 2–5 working days, depending on your location.
You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.
2. Do the SUPs come with a warranty?
Yes, all Aqua Force gear is backed by our manufacturer's warranty. This covers any manufacturing defects to give you peace of mind on the water:
- Inflatable Paddle Boards: 12-Month Warranty
- Accessories: 6-Month Warranty
Please note: This warranty covers manufacturing faults and does not include standard wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.
3. What’s included with my SUP?
Every board comes complete with:
• Adjustable paddle
• High-pressure pump
• Carry backpack
• Fin set
• Repair kit
No additional accessories are required.
4. What size SUP should I choose?
• 10’6” – Ideal for beginners and all-round use
• 11’ – More stability with a smoother glide
• 11’6” Touring – Best for speed and longer-distance paddling
If you’re unsure, the 10’6” is suitable for around 90% of riders.
5. How do I care for my board?
• Rinse with fresh water after use
• Avoid storing in direct sunlight
• Ensure the board is fully dry before packing
• Do not exceed the recommended PSI
6. What PSI should I inflate the board to?
We recommend 12–15 PSI for optimal rigidity and performance.
7. What is the weight limit?
Each board supports between 120–150 kg, depending on the model.
8. Can two people ride on one SUP?
Yes, as long as the combined weight stays within the board’s maximum capacity.
9. What is your return policy?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your gear. Unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
