Shipping & Delivery
At Aqua Force, we strive to get you out on the water as quickly as possible. We offer reliable nationwide delivery across South Africa to ensure your gear arrives safely at your door.
1. Delivery Rates & Zones
Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address. We offer flat-rate shipping to simplify your checkout process:

| All Other Provinces | R150.00 |
2. Estimated Delivery Times
We process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. Once your gear has been collected by our courier, the following estimated delivery times apply:
- Gauteng: 1–3 business days.
- All Other Regions: 3–5 business days.
Please Note: While we aim to meet these timelines consistently, unforeseen circumstances or courier delays may occasionally impact delivery times. In the event of a significant delay, we will reach out to keep you updated on your order's progress.
Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (excluding weekends and public holidays).
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been collected by our courier, we will email you a Tracking Number and a link to monitor your shipment.
To track your board’s journey from our warehouse to your doorstep, please visit our Tracking Page and enter your tracking number or order details.
Please note: It may take up to 24 hours for the courier's system to update with your latest location once the package has been collected.
4. Handling Large Items (SUP Boards)
Our paddleboards are oversized items. To ensure they are handled correctly, please follow these steps upon delivery:
- Inspect the Box: Before signing for the delivery, check the outer box for any visible damage or punctures.
- Report Issues: If the box is damaged, please note this on the courier's waybill and notify us at info@aquaforceza.co.za within 24 hours.
- Signature Required: For security reasons, all Aqua Force deliveries require a signature upon arrival.
5. Change of Address
If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@aquaforceza.co.za.
Please note: Once an order has been collected by the courier, we are unable to change the delivery destination. While we can request a reroute, if accepted, please note that couriers charge an additional redirection fee for this service, and it may delay your delivery by 24–48 hours.
