How long does it take to inflate and to what pressure (PSI)?

Inflation time varies depending on the pump used. With a manual pump or our electric pump, it typically takes 5–10 minutes. The recommended pressure is 12 PSI for optimal performance.

How rigid is it compared to a hard board?

Thanks to Drop Stitch technology, double-layer construction, and high inflation pressure, our inflatable boards achieve a rigidity very close to hard boards, offering a stable, secure glide without deformation.

Can I leave the board inflated to use it the next day or transport it?

Leaving the board inflated for extended periods reduces its lifespan and is considered improper use, which is not covered by warranty. Leaving it inflated in direct sunlight or transporting it while inflated can cause damage or even rupture due to pressure buildup.

What care and precautions should I take when storing it?

Always clean the board after each use to prevent sand or small stones from damaging the surface. Rinse with fresh water to remove salt and allow it to dry in mild sunlight. Store the board completely dry in a cool, shaded place.

What weight capacity does it support?

All our boards support a minimum of 150 kg, with up to 200 kg on Multi Person models.
