Inflation time depends on the type of pump used or whether you’re using an electric pump, but it typically takes 5–10 minutes. The recommended inflation pressure is 12 PSI for optimal performance.

How stiff is it compared to a rigid board?

Due to Drop-Stitch technology, double-layer construction, and high inflation pressures, our inflatable boards achieve a level of stiffness very close to that of rigid boards, providing a stable and secure glide without deformation.

Can I leave the board inflated to use it the next day or transport it while inflated?

Leaving the board inflated for extended periods can shorten its lifespan and is not covered under warranty, as this is considered improper use. Leaving the board inflated in direct sunlight or transporting it while inflated can increase internal pressure and may cause damage or failure, posing a safety risk.

What care and precautions should I take when storing the board?

Always clean the surface after each use to prevent sand or small stones from damaging the outer layer. Rinse the board with fresh water to remove salt residue, then allow it to dry in gentle sunlight. Store the board in a cool, dry place when not in use.

What is the weight capacity that the board can support?

All of our boards support a minimum weight capacity of 150 kg, with select multi-person models supporting up to 200 kg.
